The paper should address the following points:
- Identification of a clinical problem:
- Identify and discuss a clinical problem that you have encountered or that you could encounter in your clinical practice. Discuss ways that this clinical problem might be amenable to telehealth services. This should be completed in approximately 250 words.
- Use of telehealth:
- Discuss how your unique telehealth solution could improve the clinical problem that you have identified above. Be sure to identify the microsystem (inpatient, outpatient clinic, hospital wide, etc.) Include ways, supported by the literature, that your telehealth intervention could be implement and how it will improve outcomes. This should be completed in approximately 500 words.
- Barriers and solutions:
- Identify at least two barriers that you could envision with respect to the implementation of telehealth in your clinical organization. Also, identify two potential solutions to the above barriers. This should be completed in approximately 500 words.
