Write a summary of the case. There should be a inter-weaving of the theme of “Organizational Theory and Behavior” when answering the requirements of the essay summary. The summary should describe the following: 1. the case in detail, 2. identify key decision makers and other stakeholders, 3. key issues surrounding the case, and 4. include key decisions that were made, why they were made, and what lead to the point where a decision has to be made. Finally, analyze the case alternatives and propose your own solutions.
